      3. No Refunds or Cancellations

      • Preorders are final. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
      • Exchanges may be allowed for size or color, depending on availability, and are subject to approval.

      • You will receive regular updates regarding the production and shipping process. Be sure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number at checkout.

      5. Shipping Information

      • Preorders will ship as soon as the items are available.
      • If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

      6. Address Changes

      • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your preorder.

      7. Limited Quantities

      • Preorder items are often limited-edition or made-to-order. Once stock runs out, we cannot guarantee availability.

      8. Dispute Resolution
